“Lucy & Haydn have created a welcoming little haven where guests can escape the rat race to enjoy some of those important quality moments in life. The common element to any holiday that stands out as exceptional, it’s point of difference, inevitably occurs when the owners have clearly invested themselves into it. So it is with their tiny house @ Hounds Run. Complete with its own Black & Ginger wine label (Grenache was wonderful & now looking out for the Pinot Noir), it’s a simple but magical little spot, well thought out & conceptualised: entirely off grid (solar + battery with back up generator if needed - we didn’t despite the cloudy weather), rain water tanks & composting toilet but with all the creature comforts you’d expect from home (even board / card games & a book or two). Well done to you both and thank you again, Lou & Chris.”
“This place is incredible! It has everything you need for a weekend break. Lucy was an incredible host and so accommodating. Highly recommend Hounds Run Vineyard for an off grid, relaxing weekend in a tiny home that is large enough to have everything and more that you need :)

“An unreal location (who doesn’t want to have a getaway on a vineyard?!) however, the views of the Grampians absolutely take the cake for me!
Would highly recommend getting out here.
Lucy was an amazing host. She met us at the gate, ensured our car could make it post the massive rainfall in the area and even provided us with bread, jam and a delicious bottle of wine from the vineyard.

“Lucy and Hadyn have a very beautiful tiny house located right in the same paddock as their peaceful vineyard. This is exactly the place to stay if you like waking up to warbling Magpies and pristine views in all directions.
PS, we sincerely recommend getting yourself a beautiful cheese and wine hamper put together by Lucy!”
“Lucy and Hadyn had us feeling right at home. They’ve done such a wonderful job of ensuring you have everything thing you need for your stay. The tiny house is in the perfect location with 360 degree views of the Hounds Run Vinyard, the Grampians and the surrounding picturesque countryside. It’s only a short drive to the local town of Great Western and a stones throw from there to the beautiful Grampians. Despite being so close to everything, you feel as though you are the only people around. If you’re a fan of great wineries, beautiful scenery, wonderful hospitality and the great outdoors, we couldn’t recommend a stay at the Tiny House Hounds Run Vinyards highly enough!! Thank you Lucy & Hadyn for such a wonderful stay”
“It is one of the most picturesque places on the planet and we had the privilege of staying there in the most exquisite tiny home ever! The tiny home was surprisingly spacious and we loved the fact that it was totally off grid. The hosts Lucy and Haydn were fabulous too. Definite must - this one should be on everyone’s bucket list. *Ask Haydn about the short cut into town. 😀”

“This place is a STUNNER. A tiny house on top of well kept and surrounded by sick uninterrupted views of the Black Range, Sugarloaf mountain and the Grampians. We were lucky enough to experience our stay in full sunny day mode, a mad pink sky, a rolling black storm and why not make it a full mix bag with a double rainbow! Lovely hosts and friendly horses in the neighbouring paddock — two thumbs up!”

“It’s our first day home from Lucy and Hadyn’s tiny house and I have already recommended to all my friends at work! We had such a calming stay and got to experience the best of the Great Western.
Pros - 360 views, cozy bed, great shower pressure, private and plenty of wine tasting to be done near by. We would recommend stopping by Bests Wines, ATR wines, Seppelts (do underground tour - hopefully with Alan), Grampians Estate and Mount Langi Ghiran.
Cons - none, just book and enjoy!”
“The sunsets and sunrises are just divine. This is a place where you can truly relax and unwind. I loved how secluded it was yet so close to wonderful hiking and local stores (were we stocked up with delicious treats!! Try the ice cream from five ducks!) Lucy and Hadyn were on hand if we needed anything and were super communicative but kept to themselves which added to the lovely feeling of seclusion. We loved the preserves - the orange blossom marmalade was so yummy! Thanks for a lovely stay ☺️”
